Tattoos

Okay I want a tattoo and I have for a really long time. And if you are against tattoos then please just stop reading. I'm sorry for sounding like a bitch but you can't change my mind. I love them. Anyways, I think I know what I want, but I'm still not sure. I have it in my head as to what I want, I just can't seem to to get it down on paper and it's pissing me off. I have a basic outline done, but I can't get details right and now I'm second guessing myself on do I really want this design or do I want something else  and it's pissing me off and making me all confused and I just don't know. So I wanted to know if anyone can help me?

The idea that I have is to have one fairy and one dragon wing going down my back. I want the dragon wing to be torn, tattered, burned, ripped and looking like it's been through hell and back. With the fairy wing I have the outline I want (I think) but I can't figure out a flipping design for it. Originally I was going to go with swirls, but then I thought Celtic and then I thought this and that...and so yeah I can't think of the fairy wing. Anyways I'm not sure if I want them out like regular wings or chained up together, or have one chained and the other tied, and can someone please just help me already?!?!
